Vítor Tedim Cruz was born in Porto, Portugal in 1974. In 2011 he co-founded Neuroinova, a company dedicated to research and development of technologies in the field of cognitive rehabilitation and commercialisation of COGWEB®, Brain on Track® and CACAO® systems. He is a member of the board of the Portuguese Stroke Organisation (since 2011) and of the board of Neurologists of the Portuguese Medical Council (2012-2021). Since 2016 he is head of the Neurology Department and Stroke Unit at Unidade Local de Saúde de Matosinhos, Portugal.
